Default How do i change the voltage on the TPS?

my car is idling to low in my opinion, was idling very high due to an inlet manifold leak, sorted this now, the car is idling to low and sometimes stalls at junctions, but no hunting or hesitating, been looking it up, a few people sugest changing The throttle position sensor, how do i go about that? and is the TPS the canistor or however u want to describe it that is located on the top of the throttle body?

get it to a pro that can put a scanner on it and diagnose the problem. otherwise you will waste money throwing bits at it.
