What type of drill ends to go through panels?
Need to fit some arches.
What type of drill ends do i need? as i dont want to screw it up and the drill to dance all over the panel.

if posible centre pop were the hole is to go first, if not try a centre drill on a slow speed till you get going.

Step drills are handy as the first section is only 3mm. Get a good one thought as the cheap ones really are soft as shit and go blunt quickly.

spin the head of the drill backwards by hand, then drill normal. Also use masking take over the panel.

close your eyes and pull the trigger, bit like pin the tail onto the donkey.

Try a pilot drill something like 3mm take your time then go through with the size you need
also mark the hole then take the kit away

How do i centre pop it? i have no idea about diy etc

Forget about centre pop, just cover where u want to drill then spin the drill backwards a few times. This creates it's own 'pop' mark for it.
