Default help from engineer or machinist pls

i bought this inlet manifold a couple of years ago but the pipe between the throttle body and the iscv was plugged up,today i drilled out the plugs and want to replace it with a piece of pipe like the original had,is there anyone who could make a fitting to push tight in the holes so i can push silicone hose onto it,obviously i will need 2 made which im happy to pay for any help would be great

Can you measure the diameter of the hole accurately? Are you in a rush for it? I might be able to help you out with the bits you need

If you could knock up a rough drawing with dimensions and diameters.The diameter of the hole you want plugging would be better measured with a Verina I could have a look. Thinking the inlet doesn't get to hot so PTFE or acetal/delrin should be fine?

i have measured the hole the battery was going flat on my verniers, came up with 8.9mm,the depth of the bit that goes in the hole only needs to be about 15mm with enough sticking out to push a hose onto,i dont no what the ID of the the hose will be,if anyone on here has a 500 manifold that could measure theres i would be gratefull,hope all that makes some sense
