Most adverts are created in Photoshop, or Indesign as a rule. What you need doing?

You can get by with Corel Draw these days, especially as it exports a very good illustrator file. Otherwise it's Adobes InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator suite, or Quark XPress (I think that's still around??!)

If its for an advert in a magazine to promote your business, then make sure it looks good, nothing worse than seeing a ropey looking advert created with a knock off copy of photoshop in someones bedroom, stands out a mile away.

For less than £100 you can have it done by a pro, exactly to your spec if you want it.
