CCTV People?
Ok, since the storms the other night, my ma's CCTV in her shop ain't working, well the monitor anyway.
Checked the fuse, that was ok, but the slo-blow inside was kaput, replaced, blew straight away, so I came to the conclusion that the monitor needs replacing but.......
The camera connections ain't your normal BNC connections, they look like a phone plug or something.
What's the cheapest way around this, obviously the system is old, needs replacing etc etc but.....
What sort of monitor am i looking for, or is there some magic box etc that sorts it all out for use with BNC's?
TIA

Most cameras, regardless of connector, will be outputing composite video. So you'd (in theory) just need to find out which wires are which. It's possible that the cameras receive power (and/or data) via the same connector.
