Not to sure about the WRC kit, love th original colours but as wes has shown, it's still recognisable with a colour change but on the same layout of graphics.

I'd say original kit with a colour change

WRC kit can look good if done properly same as everything, there's too many shitly shit fitting copy kits that give the genuine articless a bad name!

The grey WRC kit above shows you how nice it can look!

I say New Car, New Colour scheme, New Look, New RECORDS

Not a fan of the WRC look

Think it should be traditional Esc cos look with diffent colours in Reyland pattern.

Mind you as a thought

Whilst the paint is in the gun you could always colour up standard & WRC kit & have a choice.

Kinda dressing for battle so to speak

Old colours ARE the Reyland colours.

A lot of people recognise the car, but if you're going to choose different colours, now is definitely the time.

I say stick with em.........

The Repsol scheme is the best in rallying, followed by Martini (Hey that could work with MartinH, instead of Martini?)
You've got to have a gut feeling as to whether you want to copy an existing design, or do something totally new. You constantly break the mould with your engineering, so do a new car IMO.
Then again, I turned mine into a Cosworth Racing Herbie and my idea of taste would be to paint it MATT BLACK with flaming skulls

Exactly the same kit and colour as before because it looked fantastic.

Just call it car 58 and have a sprayed up WRC kit to put on when you fancy a change

You obviously haven't been following the Ford scene very long, and the progress Mr Hadland has been making with the car over the years, it's never got slower, lol

I'm not sure, i'm torn! I think something need's to change to keep it interesting for Martin; I like the idea of a WRC body kit and original colours, but I wouldn't like it on the car if it slowed it down at all, which I think it would as it has got to be, looking at, producing more drag than the standard kit......... Wasn't it designed for maximum down force on a rally stage, i.e. ultimately more drag in a straight line

Either that or make a slight colour variation on the original theme, so people still recognise it, but still as a different new car!

Cant wait no matter what happens!!

I am not sure about the colours.

BUT, WRC kit? At least with the original cossie stuff you could take the
top section of the spoiler off for the big top speed runs??
(or are the proper WRC spoilers 2 piece?)

I vote original Esc Cos kit

the big gay whaletail

It really depends on a few different factors.

Main one for me is this :- rear quarters been wide like the WRC ?

And what are you going to use it for ?

Track / top speed ?

The fact the WRC will make it handle better to me is the ultimate factor, but the openness of the front end will slow it down, no questions asked.

As for the the paint job - old is good but maybe time for something original ? I know its hard to not to use a base design as i can't decide on what to do for my car

FULL WRC (wide 1/4's) - New Colours
