I am considering buying a car that the seller says was wrote off, it is taxed, but has no mot and the seller has no log book. How would I go about obtaining this and how difficult is it? Thanks

You will need a V62 form from the post office, i think you may be able to download it from the DVLA website aswell. If its been a write off does it ned a VIC check ? if it does there is no point in getting a V62 as your logbook application is in with the price of the test.
