does anyone know how much it costs on average
to recon a turbo

peice of string really

depends how many usable items there are from the unit.

Anything from say £200-350-400 i would think

You send me the turbo, ill dismantle and inspect to check what is required to rebuild, give you a call and discuss what is needed and see how far you want me to go. if turbo is scrap i will returbn back to you if requested and only charge for postage (examinatiopn free) Once you give me the go ahead to do whatever you want doing i start to rebuild and ask for payment to be sent etc, complete unit then balanced and returned

Basic rebuild is full strip down, full degrease and clean of all parts to be reused, then new bearings seals etc fitted complete with new bolts and locking tabs etc before balancing and return. Hope this helps
