Default help please! Electrical issues i think!

last night i put my foot down in the sierra on a corner and it cut out! Still sparking, fuel pump still priming, fuel getting to fuel rail, but plugs are dry. No injector pulse? I changed map sensor and tried ecu out my escort to fix it but no joy. But now the escort wont prime fuel pump so it wont run! Wtf have i done?

Lol total pain in the ass!
You mentioned your plugs are dry, have you tried your injectors yet?
To test them take out one of the sidelight bulbs and bend the contacts, they plug into the injector connector on the loom just fine!
Wind it over you, should see the bulb flash if it's pulsing. IIRC the injector gets a constant 12V feed but a pulsed -ve feed from the ECU to open it.
Take it you've checked the usual guff like the crank and phase sensors?

p.s fuel pump is powered by a yellow relay in the passenger footwell on both 2Wd and 4x4 saph, not 100% sure about the escort though (have a sneaky suspision it's in the fusebox but i know F.A about escos wiring), but it also has a fuse to go with the relay.
