Even with the cost of shipping they are far far cheaper than anything this side of the pond... Is it because they are inferior, or is it simply rip off Britain

think SSautochrome ain't that good to be honest, think the sell OBX stuff as well which i think is cheap and crap..

their turbo manifolds have been known to crack a lot as well, some folk have been lucky though, and i mean a few.

their turbo's on the otherhand, well i had one for me civic as they were doing a deal for the manifold and turbo for £220 or summit so i thought, why no... didn't have it long enough to really see how it would get on

well i think someone else on here mentioned something about cheap turbos on Ebay from the States about them being branded as good quality products and will do this, that and the next thing when they were basically crap and wont last 5 mins.

i'm not certain though, maybe go onto some american forums and ask about as i'm sure they'll know a lot better of their own products!

Ive mentioned SS Autochrome before, they well known RIPOFF people, seen at least 5 posts on various US forums about them and many other Ebay turbo sellers.

The turbos are either using good housings with rubbish internals, or just all round crap turbos with wrong info written about them to sound FAR better than they are.

Avoid like the plague.

Gotta be a fool to buy a turbo off Ebay IMO anyhow.
