Default Front Wishbone Rear Bushes on E46 BMW

Just bought a pair for my 318 as mine have had it.

Are they hard to fit? Do i have to take the whole bottom arm off the car to slide these on the end or can it be done in situ?

Any tips?

it's easier to do them off of the car, the amount of time you'd take struggling to do them in situ, just make sure you use plenty of copper slip or wd40 when putting the new one's on
