im having trouble with xbox live connection, it says i need to change my "MTU" settings to abouve 1364 or set to auto

it says go to router configuration webpage and im on that i think

it just dosnt say mtu settings anywhere

im using the newest belkin router if it makes a difference ?!

can anyone help me out

there is a lot of problems tonight if it is just tonight they are loading new software xbok live wont be back untill tomorrow

the chances of your MTU being that low are very low, sounds like an error message confusing you by giving you the wrong explination

Its because you've done an Xbox live test after it not connecting and its given you the first problem solving suggesting, which is the MTU idea. I did it a few hours ago to see what the status said and it did the same mate. If you press "tried this" or whatever it gives you another idea to try.

From memory my message said 7:01am (midnight for the yanks) until the same this morning, up to 24 hours. Sometimes a dashboard update or maintenance can cause a few niggles for a bit after though.
