tiff, do you have a TV Tuner card on your PC? 
that box is the easiest way IMHO but cheapest is to bung a TV card on the PC (iirc <20quid from ebuyer) and do it that way
as it makes your PC act as a telly
they only (normally) accept S-Video and RF (normal arial) tho...
so better use the RF connector with the PS2 (ie no scart!)

im currently waiting for a tuner box for my 42" plasma monitor so i got 1 of these it enables you to use ps2 xbox and satalite connections shoulld do the job mate
