I bought a nice new phone off ebay as i damaged my one.
Cost the best part over £200.
Put my simcard in it, comes up Simcard registration failed, I was like WTF.
So i go to the t-mobile shop and they tell me its been suspended from the network.
So i get on the phone to t-mobile when i get home, Spoke to a very helpful woman, i have been with t-mobile from back in the day when it was one2one, anyway, she was really helpful,
and told me it was a phone from a contract, bill is unpaid so now they block the phones to stop people taking out contracts and selling the phones,
anway she unlocked the phone for me
and now its all working, Im just glad it was not a stolen phone tbh, and Paypal are refunding me
mega resualt.

she said that its a new thing all the networks have and do now, so basicly if you dont pay for the phone on t mobile you cant have it unlocked and use it on orange for example,
the only way is to scrub the imei, which lands you in prison if you get caught.
Just thought i would give people a heads up before buying peoples "unwanted upgrades" as if they dont pay the bill, your fucked!
