its been around for ages for the BMX lot tbh. but you get little wigga's wearing it like that for their "brothers" must have wayne and waynette slob as there parents but anyway fuck wearing it like that even if its cool it looks shite and it drives me insane when my jeans come down a bit..........unless the mrs is in front giving me a blowy

ive always wanted to run up to one and keg them and run off!
my jeans are sometimes showing a little bit of boxers, thats mainly tho cos i got out of bed in a rush and forgot to grab a belt!

I don't really think it looks cool but let's be honest, it is just a fad and a fashion. Most people on this forum are hardly exactly 'the king of cool'. (me very much included). It is just the silly fashion of the day. When I was very young, it was drain pipe style jeans that were 'cool' then it was joe blogs baggy jeans, now I wear boot cut jeans that fit properly.
Just a crazy fashion.
I do have some shirts that are so tight that driving the car in them is tricky, so that is equally as impractical and stupid I suppose!

80's shoulder pads
I was a teen in the 90's and wore, baggy Joe Bloggs jeans FILA polo neck shirts and FILA boots, which looking back, must have looked rediculous, but at the time, i thought they where cool as fook.
I actually think this trend is pretty cool, so good on 'em

Theres a difference between wearing clothes that are fashionable and wearing clothes incorrectly causing difficulty walking etcetc
Wearing your clothes such that it restricts walking like that and your trousers fall down is plain RETARDED and not fashion
I find it funny at work when we catch them shoplifting and they get handcuffed by the police and thier trousers fall down as they cant use thier hands to continually adjust them as they usually do
