Ever been blocked up for days?
Then let it out and felt so damn good? 
Man, you know you need to go to the loo and drop the kids off but you also know it ain't gonna happen cause you're just full of sludge and to make matters worse you have to try really hard to just to fart. You think an embarassing trip to Boots is ont he cards when all of a sudden you get that urge and you know it's time. You must go to the toilet because it's now or never..... and you emerge feeling (probably not smelling) refreshed! Ah..........

yeah i know! ive had a blocked intestine twice cause i dont eat enough fibre! (didnt know what it was first time) 
prune juice mate its the way forward! i dont want to be in the same kind of pain again thats for sure!!!!!
