Default Mondeo tdci problem

hi guys just wondered if any one could shed some light on a problem for me...

have a problem with my mondeo tdci. about 50 miles after being serviced the glow plug light starting flashing then went off. about a week or later it did this again but this time lost power.next morning it wouldnt even start. after having the injectors re coded (in cyclinder order) it starts and runs fine but there seems to be a slight knock from about 2500-3500rpm. any ideas. it also seems to pull like a train now...

cheers
