Default evo owners.help! ayc&diff oil change question

anyone give me pics of where everything is up the rear.drain plugs etc and procedure?
asap if poss the boy is halfway through the job!

evo 4 by the way..

no links to mlr as cant see the pics!

im sure on my old Evo7 the AYC fluid was sucked out from the filler neck in the boot? Might be totally wrong though!!

I wrote up a guide on the mlr technical section. My pics have gone but if you look at the more recent ages others have posted their own pics.

I'm going to get some new pics up soon as I'm doing it for a guy on the mlr and I'll take more pics as it's very popular.

yes pal, not alot of difference between 4,5,6, they use the same workshop manual

gtir1281,thanks mate,i found those pics in jameswrx's thread later on,what a great write up btw

it was a plant mechanic doing the service at work,he was trying to change the diff oil when he was meant to do the ayc fluid.

in short what he thought was diff oil was atf fluid for the ayc,which by pure chance he put in the ayc part thinking it was the diff topup

so he fucked up thank goodness.
