Any 5 30 would do i suppose. I always just used genuine ford oil as it was still in warrenty

lovely . think ive still got some 5/30 from when the bird had a focus

and Rich170 , ive just took the resonater box off after i polished the car . aint took it out yet but will do later and see what it sounds like

Yep 5w30 is what you need. Should sound a lot better without the resonator on

just went and pick the kids up and it sounds loads better. didnt really know what filter or induction kit to get but to be honest i think little roar its got now will do for a while . just had a baby so really got to be carefull with the pennies lol

Its sounds a bit more like it should have from the factory imho.

5k onwards and you can hear the note change, sounds awesome.
