how do I upload an image so people can see it in my thread ?

Upload them here http://photobucket.com/ then copy and paste the text in the "IMG" box on here, then when you submit your message they will show in your post

Or you could start up an album on here by going into your USER CP and choosing the 5th link down on the lefthand side. Create your album and then allow PF to host your pictures
