My sisters mate was in hius new clio the other day waiting to turn right, as he did, a car over took hime on the right hand side smashing into him.

My sisters mate headed over to the car to see if the driver was ok and ask him what he was playing at, the guy replied "that was your fault you fucknig gay"

Naturally a nasty fight broke out straight away, after it was split up, the guy went to his boot to find a weapon as he had got a bit of a beating but on not finding anything he crossed over the other side of the road and called his mates for back up and then lobbed bricks at my sisters mate, hiting him with one but only lightly.

4 big blokes arrive in a car and square up to my sisters mate and friends, then the old bill arrive.

They said from the damage and car positions it was the other drivers fault and that my mate could press charges for assault and the other guy couldn't , but my mate declined knowing it wasn't worht it and he had gave the guy a bit of a booting as it was.

The old bill did good you may say, well no, they then made the 2 parties swop address and telephone numbers they had only just stopped smacking each others faces in and now the guy and his big mates have the address details to get abit of revenge for the wupping he just received.

I know you have to exchange details but surely it would have been wiser in this case to have both filled a crime report in and the police send the detail to each insurance company so that the 2 parties don't know the address of each other.

I've never heard anything like it!! Swop details with someone you've just given a shoeing to? Makes no fookin sense at all! Pigs are sooooo stupid at times!

btw, you don't have to do anything against your own will - but after just fighting I bet that was the last thing on his mind - I would have probably just said 'fak off' as I'm like that anyway

If the Police had any sense they would do it via a crime report. I had a run in with a driver who I didnt want knowing where I lived so went straight to the Police and went through them. The only thing they passed on was my mobile which was fine.
