Dash illumination
have changed the bulbs in my dash for blue leds to make it a bit more modern, but the light is slightly uneven, is there any way i can even it out abit??

Uneven as in with bright spots at the centre of the beam? Different LEDs have varying beam angles, you could try searching on e.g. Farnell and getting some with a beam as wide as possible. Alternatively, you can buy lenses which clip over the LED to disperse the beam somewhat. The other option is to 'diffuse' the lense slightly with some fine grade wet/dry paper!!

yeah:
you will have to excuse the blur i couldnt get a tripod in my car
can you see what i mean though, the 10, 20 and 30mph is brighter than the rest and the lower petrol guage is duller.

I've seen it advised before to sand paper the front edge of the bulb, which will stop the light emitting straight out and justshinig through the sides which will diffues the bright spot. Or paint the tip will do the same.
