Let see your cosworth cam covers
as above need some insparation please got just my new engine so want some ideas i have had polished one on my 3 door thinking something new or anyone got a chrome platted one a can see and tell me where i can get i done and with a price
i want to do mine the same colur as my car instead of constantly polishing
but where would i get the polished or diamond cutted lettering done

nice guys cam covers guys i ask a q please how or where did you get the writting part (cosworth dohc 16v turbo)bit done from after you painted it?

i just gave mine a quick skim over on the milling machine at work, the new one i am doing will have this machined into it too

Here is my old one i did myself, Craig if you need another cover to paint i have one , also got a ford gasket and half moons lying .

no mate' i had to take mine down there, then i had the top skimed down after.
I think it cost about Ł55/6o for the powder coating then Ł20 quid for a skim... hth buddy

painted not powdercoated candy blue!!!
Used a course silver basecoat then the candy blue then 3 coats of HS lacquer, pics dont do it justice really has a lovely sparkle when sunlight hits it
Also blocked the ally down with 180grit to give it a 'brushed ally' finish, again doesnt show in the pics but think it looks good!
