Has anyone ever bought one of THESE?

I heard of someone I used to work with getting "done" by it and he didnt speak to anyone for a week, but someone has gotta have some other stories...

Thought it would be funny as well to go into a pub and leave one on another table a few away, and leave it scratched off apart from one of the winning values (leave a bit covered as if you hadnt scratched it off properly and left it).

Christmas/Birthday cards would be funny as well
