My sister is getting taken the piss out of at work,

she is doing 3 peoples jobs, and they have cut her hours down, so she basicly has no time for breaks, and has to work flat with no breaks and doing 3 other peoples jobs. The company have advertised positions but are in no rush to take people on.

I told her i will write a letter for her, but is there anything in employment law or guidelines what they are breaking??

look up working time regulations for breaks etc, plus look at her contract and get her to write down the extra shes doing over and above the contract.
