Default MOT question

Probably a stupid question, but whats the chances of passing an MOT without a back box? Car is a Mondeo 2.2 tdci, back box fell off, not been any louder since, but just curious whether it'd pass.

I spose it will pass if Stevie Wonder does your mot other wise it may just fail. Now go buy a back box!

Definate fail on part of the exhaust system missing or incomplete.

You need to talk to the person that had one of my Saphs before me, he mot'd it just before I bought it and it passed with no back brakes and a handbrake that didn't work. If you can find him then it'll pass, otherwise it won't.
