Acne... The bain of my life! People don't actually realise how demoralising and painful it can be.

I have bad Acne and unfortunately have cystic acne which means they are painful and very hard to live with. Big knock to your self confidence. I feel for the girl!

Understand where you're coming from there. I used to have an allergic reaction to sun tan lotion when I was on holiday, and it dried up the skin and made it scab. Horrible, horrible feeling, and can imagine acne isn't much fun at all!

I'm even luckier then - I'm 28 this year, smoke, drink too many softdrinks, and so far have never had a single filling, not even a cap or crown. Never even had the dentists drill in my mouth! Somehow, and I really don't know how, whenever I went to the dentist, he/she always said my teether were perfect!

 

I just can't believe that some of these people actually live with the illness instead of seeking professional help sooner.... it takes a programme like this to make them crawl out of the woodwork and seek help?

There was a bird on the other day with the most gammy looking ears I have ever seen! Said she left bits of debris out of her ears in the car... and they stunk! Why would you live with that for so long without seeking medical attention? The NHS is still around isn't it?
