Default yb act question

What act's should you see on a stage 3 yb, the reason i ask is in my mk4 escort running a yb front wheel drive the intercooler is placed behind the passengers headlight, its a alloy pace twin capacity rst one, ive run ducting etc to aid air flow to it but im unsure if its enough so would like a rough guide on what temps i should be aiming for i know colder the better but looking for a comparison to check my current ones, where is best to place sender in pipe or just in cooler fins ? thanks.
