Do you need 3 years of them or something?
I earn half decently and got 3 years+ of them, mrs has been bit on and off and not great wage as yet being a young 'un
Does it matter so much when there's two of you?

i think they will accept a year of bank statements prooving income now. not too sure though, but was told that by a mate training as a mortgage advisor.

3 months is ok!
Just a while back she took a break to nurse a dying relative, so bit of a gap there.
Shit pay, but provable I guess.
You'd think hsbc would have something on their site...

as said, 3 months, if you and the misses are buying I think it is your combined wages x a certain amount to dictate you loan amount.
