Default 2wd diff

hi peeps ,
ive got a 2wd cossie and been looking at a new diff ,any ideas?
also what size is a standard diff as ive seen 7" and 7 1/2" for sale ?

It's a 7.5" one as standard on a 2wd, 7" is a 4x4 one.

When you say new diff, do you mean a new std Viscous Coupling one....or a Quaife or Gripper Diff?

I've heard Bara and CTS do uprated lock-up Viscous ones but I don't know how good they are
