Any easy way to do it?

I want to start a new website for my football team, i'd like to have a hompage with the address www.teamname.com/co.uk or as close to that as possible. I'd like to be able to put latest news and updates on the homepage too.

I'd also like a forum to discuss whatever needs discussing and some sort of table to keep track of results and goalscorers etc etc.

Is it easy to do? im pretty clueless lol.
