The oil and water feeds are easy to determine, the drain for the oil feed is instantly recongnisable, as a hole with two threaded holes either side of it, to hold the drain back pipe on, exactly 180 degrees round from this ie uppermost is the oil feed, which will be a tapered hole that a connector adaptor between the feed pipe and turbo goes into, this then leaves the water holes it doesn't matter which way round the water flows as it is just flowing in and out, these will be much bigger than the other two holes, just about put your thumb in these.
Looks like BT escort t34 to me.

Thanks Guys,
so this turbo has two oil lines 180 degrees apart. and in bitween a 15.5mm tapped holes for the water intake and exit.
i would like to know, ive spun the blades/shaft and it dont spin freely, would you guys recommended putting oil down the oil line to lub the bearings? the shaft has no play.

here are some pics of a comparsion of size compared to
right K24 KKK, IHI VF 22 and hopefully a T34
as you can see the size difference between the core's and compressor housing.
The T34 when compared to the a T3 (silimar size to the K24) is about twice its size.
how can i find out a correct model? i know its from a Escort Rs Turbo
also i have fixed the issue with the shaft spin, it was due to carbon build up between the housing. ive now opened and cleaned the core side and it spins perfectly.
so is it a T34? from the replies im a bit confused
