just finished running the car in and started to give it some and the boost is all over the place gose to 30psi drops to 25 then goses back to 30 and so on wont settle it dos,nt sound like surge could it be the actuator

Dave have you checked the wiring on your boost controller ?
Just a idea

you could try connecting act to compressor and bypassing controller and see what happens that should give you some idea

contoller is all conected m8 i just hope i ant ported the exhaust ports to much 25mm
