I feel like I am pointing out the fantastically obvious here.... If you are bothered about re-sale value you just stick the 4x4 parts back on when you sell it?

Ranj....minor problem mate, i got a good price for my old one and bara is building me a 3.6 with the vc set at 520NM, my old one was 320NM as it was in a 4x4
i sold it because i thought that was me finished with cossies....glad i decided to get another....fuck me this thing is so much fun with RWD...been out playing today again
carl...it is running i had another diff spare...20 mins to change a diff
i wanted a RWD escos because it costs 5k for a bullet proof diff and box as opposed to 15k upwards for a 4x4 transmission
plus RWD and 500+BHP is a proper big boys toy
none of this 
4x4 stuff for me now

kevin how do you find the tremec? smooth shift? can it shift faster than a t5? and is it noisy at all.

Oh sorry! Got to be good for you then that no one can afford to go to the costa del chav this summer, so all the plastic pikeys off estates can become the real thing for a week at a time in their shiny aluminium abodes.
Car is very, very sweet though - is it that turbosystems lump powering it from the 10 sec car?

bigchez....well yes and no...any caravans i can get are selling as soon as they are in...but i cant get the fookin things for love nor money
cochyn..i sold it as i decided in jan i was finished with cossies but bottled it and kept my engine and bought this escos at the start of february....the plan was to keep it standard and run it through the summer...but my plans changed diff is no real problem i,m getting another for about the same money as i sold mine for

Kev - As a man that has had 4wd and rwd Escorts now and other Cossies, how does it compare? I remember reading years ago that RWD Escorts were twitchy?
