Not really fair to slag the kid herself off like that IMHO.
Its her parents at fault.
I bet she was clinically obese at 3 years old, LONG before she could be expected to make any decisions about it, now she is old enough to understand she does seem to be trying to do something about it by going to fat camp.

But I aint the slimmest person your gonna see in a lifetime, or the widest for that matter, But i can put on weight an damn sight easier than I can lose it, I eat 80% healthy and get out on my push iron as much as I can (2-4 times a week) and I tell you its a fucker for me to lose weight, I dont do fast food but I only have to drive past a Maccies and I put weight on

there is a guy i know
there are his parents, and his 8 siblings
and other than one of his sisters being very petite, and possibly 2 of his other sisters and his brother being the right side of 15 stone, the rest of the faimily tips the scales at between 18 and 23 stone
you could call that genetics, but when his gut probably weighs as much as me, it's a bit difficult to figure out why none of them have ever gone on a diet
but this lass, as chip says, has probably realised she's a fucking huge bus and has decided to do somethng baout it
or she's being paid a lot of money
