Default window tint removal?

My brother has just bought a car thats had all the windows tinted and he wants it taken of.
Whats the best way to do it or would he be better of getting a pro to do it?
They have been done properly, not your usual halfords £20 job pmsl.

cheers

hot water or a hair drier to soften them then as above a good sharp blade(single edge razor is best). then just carefully work from one edge, good clean afterwards and job done

yes but as long as you take your time its not really a problem, just do NOT take the blade over the elements
