Default bd10 cams

what power are bd10 cams good for(inlet and exhaust cams)would they be ok on standard pulleys or would it just be best to get verniers

nothing wrong with standard cams mate, what power you aiming for ? kitchen devil on here has 450 on standard jobbies

already buying the bd10s as im building the engine from nothing,ive got a 205 block with machining for wire rings,got standard crank and a set of standard rods coming,got a standard 2wd head thats bere so will probably keep it aside for a later date to have work done on it,ive also got a 4x4 inlet manifold aswell,im looking at getting between 350 and 400 at the moment,but once the car is up and running i will be starting on another engine slowly with the hope of a bit more power and strength,so will be using a 200 block and h section rods and headwork aswell and will probably have to got to rwd then
