Are the xs power manifold for the sierra cosworth any good? Someone had some experiance whit it?

no they are rubbish, the standard items are by far superior to anything designed by XS - unless you are going for silly horse power, then the standard one will be fine

a decent manifold should cost £600 upwards as a guide

Stay away, the material is worse than shite, and it probobly won't fit that well.

ive run one for years and never had any issues, so i dont know what you guys are going on about!

my lawnmower is still going strong, although i have had to weld iot up a few times

I would stick with the standard rwd item personally unless you are going for big power, and if you are going for big power, I wouldnt be using an XE power one, Id be going to a decent quality aftermarket one.
