I was out with my wife and my 2 boys aged 1 and 5 down near my local river. We were minding our own business when a dog came running up to us. It was barking and it concerned me so I picked my 1 year old up and the dog started to jump up at us. I'm like, what the fuck? I look around to see the dog owner behind us shouting "It's ok, he's only saying hello". You fucking kidding me or what? the dog ran back to it's owner, my little boy was crying his eyes out and the bastard dog got mud down one side of my jeans.

All along the river bank is signs stating 'Dogs must be kept on a leash'. What? did it not apply to him or something?

I'm sorry but it happens all the time and it fucks me off.

Like I said irrisponsible dog owners, it's not the animals fault, it's lead by example.

Who the fuck would do something like that? I mean seriously, if he's fucked in the head enough to do something like that to a helpless dog it's only a matter of time before he does something where people are involved.

If I'd discovered that and knew he'd done it, I would kick the fuck out him and hang him up by his wrist or something so he would at least lose his hand. That's an appropriate punishment.
