Default Opinions please

Which engine should I go for in my mk3 cabby?

either:
A) 1600 cvh with cossie management (which i've got all the bits for)

or

B) a 2.0 zetec on carbs with megajolt or similar to run the ignition.

I love turbo power etc, but the car will be a daily (hopefully) so I'm thinking that the zetec would be easier to live with. This might be a sensible phase i'm going through though.

Opinions and reasons why please

Gone for the cvh, pretty easy to work with. Zetec has its benefits, its modern but costs money to start to tune it N/A wise

zetec for a daily driver but could be a pain should you decide you want more power.

Turbo CVH, cheaper parts, easy to fix/work on/tune for more power, sounds better.
