sierra 2300 conversion need help

Default sierra 2300 conversion need help

hi does any 1 have any knowlage of putting a 2.3 scorpio engine in a sierra with a rs2000 ecu i have all the engine and ecu in wired it all up i have a crank pulse but i cant seem to get fuel or spark
any 1 got any ideas

There is a guy on fsoc thats seems to be very clued up on this conversion if i remember right he is just putting the finishing touches to a 2.3 4x4 using the parts you mention.

Or even better speak to the 2 people he gets his information from: Stixy and TheCrust. Stixy has done the conversion with manual, auto, MK1, MK2 and many more combinations. He also uses Scorpio VIS systems, and has the PATS through the original setups.

TheCrust has done the conversion with 8V and also knows the limits of the RS2000 ECU mapping and what you need to overcome it.

well with the wiring i went for the rs2000 ecu as the original ecu u cant get round the ignitoin imobaliser and that plust the rs2000 has a better map on it
