looking for a list of cars that are 1.3 cc engine wise and fair quick for there engine size or equal to a fwd 1.3 any help ?
im not sure if a 1.3 mrk2 escort would be as quick as a 1.1 fiesta around an oval track
a 1.36 sierra is gonna be dogshite slow

back to the rx 7 on ebay they are 2.3s for the early ones but on wikipedia they says its a 1200cc who is legally right cheers

 

a diahatsu charmant(sp) 1.3 rwd 4dr saloons, dunno are they quick but very rare but if you do find one would prob cost a tenner anyway!

they are actually 1200cc and thats all they are, the DVLA are having a hissy fit about them and trying to label them all above 1500cc to so they can get more tax from us as they produce so much power and emissions

my fd3s rx7 is now classed as 2.6 even though its only 1.3...wish it was 2.6, quad rotor rx7s rule!!

it will go sideways on the dirt ,the car will be used by my son to race it around a oval grass track and i wish him now to learn a bit of car control. he can pedal a fwd ok so time for a change to rwd

MK1 Golf with a 1300 Hayabusa engine RWD

 

Not permanent though its got free wheeling hubs so will only provide drive to the front wheels if you engage them. Had plenty of fun sideways in my sj off road in 2wd. Would be a proper laugh but i'd be very concerned about it ending up on its side.
