were to get stack temp senders from?

Default were to get stack temp senders from?

need a oil temp sender for my stack dash.
do they have to be from stack or can you use other senders?

A VDO one should work fine, its all I used on mine as originally (before Stack really started taking the piss) they used all VDO senders and then switched to their own ones with STACK stickers ! oooh

Genuine ones can come through Rainbird though

i take it i can use this then looks like only one spade on top i thought there had to be 2? as i have 2 wires coming from my stack gauge? also this one is the exact size for my sump plug so i can replace it with this

I'd be concerned the linearisation might be wrong on anything non-stack and give you misleading readings.

You only have to use the right one, I can't comment on which one they are but Stack did supply VDO senders with all their dashes in the early days, mine is a 1996 dash, rebuilt last year with latest internals and strangely all the vdo senders still work perfectly well
