Default DVLA vehicle records

Does anyone know the link or form number for getting a print out of the vehicle history of my car from initial registration, ie which station issued the DVLA VIN number i have and what criteria were met to get it. Whats important is that i know it went through the SVA but im not sure which and want to know what type approval they used on various componants or if it was done on the componants indivdual merits. The later is preferable to me as its a one off. Im also hoping secretly i can get the model/type changed from "puma" to "puma cosworth"

Also is there a form to correct errors on V5C??? My engine number on V5C is down as WJxxxxx when in fact it is MJxxxxx (same number). THis is important to me as I have been getting engine age related emissions and with things tightening up, i want to make sure the V5 is correct as my engine has a 1991 build engine number where as WJ is may 1998 and as far as i know there are no cosworth YB engines built that late

Was the car built from all new parts?
What reg is it?
Do you know who built it?

If it's a Q, emissions will always be pre CAT I'd say.

Contact VOSA for details of SVA's.

To correct the V.5 details use the changes section on the..................V.5.

Thanks AlexD!!

Was built from all new parts except for engine and gearbox which were re-built bits. DJM supplied a brand new monocoque and was built by tony at pumaspeed before he set up his business, so it was registered as an amatuer build vehicle. Its not on a Q.
