I'm happy with the power to be honest Pete. Maybe a little more, like say 280 with about 16psi.
Just concerned about reliablility and I don't want to spoil it as it is completely untouched from the factory (apart from exhaust).
Not much point in a live map for me then. I'll have to give NMS a ring and book it in one weekend in May or June for a set up.
Interesting comments on the communication though

Sounds like there gunship convertion would do you.....
Think the only thing you would need to do is put a 4x4 intercooler on which is a 30min job....as it use's the standard injectors....Then it would keep with most stage 3 cossie's round the doors...

I can't beleive that it took 2 pages and no-one who'd been to NMS for a set up has posted and said it costs £X
Least we know what Stu and Mark Shead charge if we ever want a set up

Marks reply is exactly why i use emails or text first when enquiring about somebodys services or parts for sale.
I can imagine someone with their hands stuck in an engine bay covered in oil not wanting to answer a call at that moment, where as they can answer an email when its more convenient !
So if your earning enough not to be bothered replying to emails or texts, then i myself will spend my money with those that do
Sorry to hijack your post saphcosmike, hope you find someone to help you

i have just got my car back from NMS, i asked them to service the car and check every thing was running as it should be.
"set up of vehicle, fueling, boost and idle CO checked and adjusted as required £100.00"
taken from invoice.
i did have other work done as well though. i have never had a problem when i ring, just dont ring to early, i always ring after 11am.
car is running sweeet again.

I can tell you how much it cost to have to have the head gasket replaced, block wire rung, fitment of grey injectors, 3 bar map sensor and live map, supply and fit alcon 6 paddle clutch, supply and fit o/s TCA, n/s outer cv boot, new denso plugs and fluids etc, if that helps

I only use NMS and have done for last 7 years even before Karl had his unit and he used to do all his work from his then home.
I had my Sierra setup as i'd been overseas for 6 months and the Cossie had been stored for winter 6 months previous. I asked Karl to check it out before putting it back through its paces again. (fueling etc)
Cost me standard charge of £150+ Vat for setup, well worth the money in my book, i'd gladly help these guys stay in business for as long as i'm into cars.
