Well had some sh*t news on thursday......
well some of you may know but i work for the Royal mint which is a goverment company with all the civil servants benifits (job stabilty, a pension i dont pay for)
well on thursday we have been told that the mint is changing from a civil servant run company to a goverment PLC company,,, i'll loose all the benifits!
The company has changed so much over the last couple of years im thinking about getting out! We dotn have any overtime no more,, havent had a pay rise for years and the final nail in the coffin is we aint allowed to sign in personal goods to work on so i cant make anymore car parts so i think a change might be in order not sure what though

sort of goin through the same thing...they getting loads more people into our expanding company to kill off our over time and everything!

thanks all,,, its a year till the mint turns into a plc,, so hopefully i either find a new job,, or they change the currant managers
