Many Many Thanks to APT!!!
Well what can I say?
Apart from a massive thanks to Mr C and his apprentice Gary
The car is the bollox, after working on it for the past month or so, I am very VERY happy with it. I just got home after a long day of mapping and bedding in brakes and fitting suspension parts the car has been transformed.
The brakes are VERY good, locking up at 50mph? That's always exciting. I managed to get home without writing it off guys, despite not being able to see shit PMSL.
No more blowing the spark out either, and the boost holds all the way to rev limit. I had a bit of fun on the way home
I got to have a word with the Greddy though when I get up as it keeps having a fit, I am not sure it likes 2 bar too much... Well bollox to that! Oh, and if I get time I might just run the chamios over it, it picked up a bit of dirt on the way home
I am absolutely knackered, but it was well worth it.
Thanks again guys

Thanks Steve and Tony
Car is totally different, it's amazing how you can benefit from having all 4 wheels pointing in the same direction, for a start
Hopefully the car should do some good times on Monday, but I have now reached the limit of various bits now which are only a few months old Really can't do much to it for a while, so these will have to wait for next year.
As for Spec - You can read it soon in a magazine I can't get the pics off my phone at the moment, so might stick some carefully selected ones up in the morning.
And I know about my clone Nice original name I must be such a trend setter

LOL. Glad you got home in one bit Tony. I think both Gary and I were equally worried.
So, when are we going to book you in for the APT 'Mechanical Sympathy' training course then??
As for the car, just drive it and enjoy it now. Thats what I hope to do when the latest phase of mods are complete, which sadly won't be done for Monday (In the name of getting yours done!!! ). Hows that for a guilt trip??
See you Monday (in my rear view mirror that is.....)
