the code is the 2nd box up on the right side of the plate iirc. you'll more than likly need to get the front of the door blown over for it to look right tho. very doubtfull if it'll be a perfect match panel to panel.

Second box up on the left hand of the plate if your looking at it from the front of the car.

Colour names make little sence mate. As said above depends what kind of repair your after.
Cheap job would be pattern part wing painted off the car and then fitted.
A proper job would envolve a genuine wing, shuts painted off car, hang wing on car then paint wing fading colour into the door.

Depending on the colour it might not match the bonnet either properly...............

Ford paint codes are utter crap alot of the time!!! but most bodyshops will sort out the colour match for u mate when u take it down to them so leave it to them, if they fuck it up and it doesnt match properly or ur not happy then they have to do it till tis right/ur happy with it!!

Ill have a look in work for you tomorrow to see what our book says. As said the codes are sometimes utter crap, your best bet is to ring ford and ask for the name of the colour if you give them the reg or chassis number.
