Default steering wheel judder, when breaking

when braking from high speed, I get mega judder through the stearing wheel, what causes this?

I have changed my my wheels from 15" to 17" could this just be hightening the fact that the tracking is out?

I have also changed my disks, could these be warped?

your opinions?

cheers Rich

discs warped, bushes knackered? both of these cause this, discs especially, if you have a dial gauge you can measure the run out of the disc.

TCA, ARB or track rod end bushes/joints would be a good start if its not through the pedal

right just had it up in the air, and there sems to be no visable movement in the TCA's anitoll bar or track rod ends.

have pus a clock on the disck and have got .004" runout drivers side and .003" passenger side, i presume this is ok?

I see that it is the first time that you have took it out since the cunts broke into it......

Just make sure all the wheels are tight.....they may of tried to have them off and the nuts maybe loose.......worth a check fella

You wont feel play in a worn joint like that as your pushing everything against a sprung steel bar, try undoing something first
