they dont want to let it go mate, and tbh it aint worth it, chunks missing out the body, has no passenger or drivers side windows, it really is a heap, and they think its worth alot of money

Well its the shiter of the 2 kits. the sought after one has the correct vertial window, hidden door handles and a glass window b pillar rather than solid.

A rotted (but repairable) beetle chassis with front beam, and with a current tax exempt V5 is worth £200 alone

Maybe £300 with engine and gbox.

That fibergalss body is prpbably worth £200 maybe more to the right person who is desperate for a karma dino rep.

Glass can be made up easily enough, the chassis pan can have new pans grafted into it, and holes in fiber glass are easy to repair.

I reckon if the purchase price was say £350, you could easily have it on the road for £1000-£1250 buy the end of the summer

been looking at some on the net, they do actually command a fair price if they are done nicley (ie had about £3000 spent on them easily worth £5-6k)

Vr6 engine will mount on to a beetle gearbox also, if you wanted to keep it VW gear.

Or as said a scooby turbo lump also bolts in!
